He devotes himself to research on the origins of the universe and soon fixates on the theory of dark matter but when he publishes his brilliant paper instead of finding success he is hit with insurmountable obstacles as he struggles to understand the political dynamics of American University Life.
Ultimately his dreams of a dazzling career are shattered and he lashes out at his colleagues with tragic and devastating consequences.
