Just hover the pointer over an unfamiliar word in any Cocoa Application, and you will see its translation in a pop-up window instantly.

The DictBuilder is included in TranslateIt!.
The Dashboard Widget is included in TranslateIt!.
It uses dictionaries from ~/Library/Application Support/TranslateIt!.
Mac OS X 10.4.3 or later required.
Add full translation (Google Online) with the support of a large number of languages
